Life Lately… Building Wyld in the Chaos

Life lately has been… full.
We’ve been on the road, bouncing between markets, campfires, long drives, and trying to keep some kind of rhythm for the kids in between it all. Somewhere in there I’ve also been mapping out the next school term, packing orders, and building pieces whenever I can find a quiet moment.
It’s messy. It’s loud. It’s not structured.
But it’s ours.

Running a business like this — especially one built by hand — doesn’t really leave room for perfect timing.
There’s no “ideal moment” to create. No quiet studio where everything just flows.
It happens in between everything else.
Between homeschooling and cooking meals.Between market weekends and late-night packing sessions.Between kids needing you and orders needing to go out.
And somehow… that’s where the best pieces come from.
Because every bag, every piece of leather, every detail — it all carries a bit of that story.
Not mass-produced.Not rushed through a system.
Just built, slowly, properly… in real life.
By the way — I did quietly launch a Mother’s Day giveaway over the last week.
Nothing over the top. Just something I wanted to do for this community.
It’s sitting at over $600+ in handmade Wyld pieces, and because I haven’t pushed it heavily, the odds of winning are actually really good right now.
If you’ve been meaning to enter, this is your little nudge to do it before it closes.
I’ll be sharing more of what we’ve been up to over the next few days —the real, behind-the-scenes version of it all.
Thanks for being here. Always.
