Sunday Sessions is a weekly online gathering for women who simply need somewhere to belong.

No coaching.

What Happens?

Every Sunday at 7:30pm (AEST)

We jump onto Google Meet for around an hour.

Some weeks we'll laugh.

Some weeks we'll cry.

Some weeks we'll celebrate wins.

Some weeks we'll just sit together because someone needs us.

Every week is different because every woman is different.

No scripts.

Do I have to talk?

Absolutely not.

Many women simply listen during their first few sessions.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

Yes.

This is one of the only rules.

Sunday Sessions is built on genuine connection, trust and safety.

Seeing one another creates a space where everyone feels comfortable.

Is it recorded?

Never.

Can I invite a friend?

Absolutely.

Do I need to attend every week?
